The Fogo System allows you to monitor staff referral bonuses, ensuring you can track which staff referred clients, how much bonus they earned, and when it was awarded.
Step 1. Go to Transactions > Referring Bonus Record.
Step 2. Set your date range to filter the referral bonus records and select clients.
Step 3. Export the data for payroll or performance review.
Use consistent referral rules in your Bonus Settings to ensure accurate automatic calculations for all staff.
