How to set up a Google 2-Factor Authentication app to double my Fogo account security?

We are introducing Google 2-Factor Authentication across all merchant accounts. Google 2-Factor Authentication is designed to make sure that your account is as secure as possible. Alternative TEXT login will incur fees and you will need to recharge your Fogo TEXT account first. 

How it works

You will use a Google Authenticator app to generate a code that will be your secure method of logging into your account and verifying your identity.

Download a Google Authenticator app.  These work for both iPhones and Android phones.

Scan the QR code below with the authenticator app

Google Authenticator app will allow you to scan a QR code and generate a 6 digit number.

Step 3 of 3

Enter the app generated six digit code below

This will allow us to verify your identity and secure your account. You may occasionally be asked for a code so keep the authenticator app on your phone.

Please note that you will be signed out of all other active sessions once you complete enrolment. 2-Factor Authentication will be active on your next login.

There are two distinct methods to modify an appointment time when using web browsers as Fogo users. It is important to bear in mind that once payment has been made, the appointment time cannot be altered. In this case, the sole solution would be to request assistance from an administrator.

The first method for rescheduling an appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Open the dashboard and locate the appointment using your mouse cursor.
  2. Click and hold the appointment with your mouse.
  3. Drag the appointment to the new start time you want to assign it to.

Please ensure that there is a minimum gap of two minutes between two consecutive ‘mouse drag and drop’ actions.

To use the second method for changing an appointment time, follow these steps:

  1. Open the dashboard and double-click on the appointment you want to change.
  2. Find the ‘Time’ field and either select ‘Now’ or click ‘Edit’ to choose a different time slot.
  3. Click the ‘Update’ button located at the bottom of the appointment tab to confirm the changes.

Method 3 is to use ‘Reschedule’ action in the appointment tab.

  1. Navigate to the dashboard and double-click on the appointment that requires a change.
  2. Identify the ‘Reschedule’ on the top and assign a different time slot for the appointment.
  3. Click on the ‘Update’ button located at the bottom of the appointment tab to apply and finalize the changes.

You may click the ‘Payment’ button on the top menu if there is no appointment information required. 

  1. Click the ‘Payment’ button and open the payment details page.
  2. Enter the client information 
  3. Enter provider information if needed. See ‘how to add my provider details’ if you are not sure. 
  4. Choose cashier
  5. Enter invoice item, price and define tax
  6. Enter payment details
  7. Save to Invoice at the end

  1. Open the appointment you like to make a payment
  2. Click the “Payment’ button in the right bottom menu
  3. Choose a health fund and enter membership number if needed.The provider number is automatically matched and shown here.Please refer to ‘ how to add my provider details’ if you don’t see your provider details.  
  4. Edit the service item, description and cost if necessary
  5. Enter the price, discount amount and define tax
  6. Choose the payment method and enter the payment amount
  7. Click to ‘Save to Invoice’ to save this payment
