To have an attractive service list with attractive prices will attract more clients. It should be your first priority to set up your services including attractive names, prices, service durations and policies. 

  1. Log in your Fogo admin account. Only an admin account can set up and manage the services.
  2. Navigate Management > Services > Service set up
  3. Fogo has provided the examples for your references. You may modify it or create your own.
  4. You may choose branche, category, duration, buffer time and enter name, prices and your no-show policy.
  5. Online options means these services can be seen and chosen from you dedicated Fogo online booking url. You will need to connect your Stripe account with Fogo before you can choose this option. Please go to https://stripe.com/en-au to understand more.
  6. Fogo promotes the in-advance payment for the service your client will choose. This will greatly reduce no-shows and cancellations.

Fogo adopts visulized interface to create and manage your bookings. To make a new appointment please follow the steps below

  1. Login to your Fogo account. No matter the staff , receptionist or admin account. No matter from desktop, Pads or smart phones.
  2. Double click or click ‘New’ in the dashboard. Navigate to ‘Appointment’ tab if you are not in the dashboard.
  3. The appointment tab will appear
  4. Choose service, item, service provider and duration of the service. Please set up your services if you sign in the first time.
  5. Search your existing clients by name, mobile or fund membership Or click ‘Create a new client’ to enter new client details.
  6. Enter any necessary information in the note section.
  7. Click the ‘Create’ button on the bottom of the tab to create this appointment.
  8. Fogo sends a booking confirmation email 5 minutes after the creation. Fogo also sends email reminders to your clients one day before the booking time.

  3. Add the staff first if the staff is not existing in your staff list
  4. Do not remove all admin account Always leave one active

Login in you fogo administrator account and follow the steps

  1. Navigate to Management > Staff Management
  2. Search the staff by name and click ‘Details to continue
  3. Change or enter staff details in the first tab
  4. Save and return to the dashboard.

Staff may have gain more service modalites in certain time. The role will be updated accordingly.

  1. Login your fogo administrator account.
  2. Navigate to Management > Staff Management
  3. Search the staff name you wish to change the role and click ‘Details’.
  4. Click ‘Role’ to choose or untick the role

 My user ID and password isn’t linked to an existing Fogo account

This means that Fogo can’t find an account that matches the user ID and password you used to login.

If it has been a year or more since the last time you logged into the account you’re trying to access, it’s possible that the original account details have been deleted due to the period of inactivity. You can contact support to check when the account was deleted.

If the account has been deleted, you’ll need to create a new account to access Fogo. You can still use the same user ID and password when setting up a new account.

I was invited to Fogo and can’t sign in 

If you have a user ID with your invitation, it should ask you to sign in. If not, you’ll have a link to create one with the email address the invite was sent to. After you create a user ID, you’ll be able to sign in.

  1. From the sign in page www.fogo365.com, select Sign up and enjoy 30 days free access!.
  2. Follow the prompts.
  3. Enter your email address, mobile number, or other fields as prompted.
    • If an account/login has been created with your email address, you can’t create another with the same email address. You can either retrieve your user ID or reset your password.
  4. Create a password, then confirm it and continue.
  5. Follow the steps to complete billing and payments to get started.

If you’re asked for a confirmation code after you sign in:

  1. Select how you’d like to receive your confirmation code, then select Continue.
  2. If you can’t access the email account or phone number listed, select the option Confirm my account a different way.
  3. Retrieve the confirmation code.
  4. Enter the confirmation code, then select Continue.

If you can’t verify your account by having a code emailed to your registered email address, you can send us a request to recover your account to support@fogo365.com
