Step 1: Access the payment page.

Step 2: Input customer and cashier details.

Step 3: Specify ‘Store Balance Payment’ with the value set to ‘0″, quantity ‘1’, and tax as ‘0’ if this is recorded as a future payment.

Step 4: Input the payment amount and choose the payment method.

Step 5: Ensure you select the ‘Bonus’ payment method and input the accurate amount if the store balance includes a bonus value.

If there are any inaccuracies, modify this payment through your Fogo admin account.

  4. Locate the appropriate campaign/voucher.
  5. Select the first available voucher and click on the ‘Issue’ option.
  6. Find the client in your system or create a new client profile using a designated email address.
  7. Choose the payment method and include the correct payment reference number in the note section.
  8. Finalise the process by issuing the voucher.

After setting up your Fogo gift voucher campaign, your clients have multiple options to make a purchase. Here are the methods available:

Method 1: By clicking the ‘Gift Voucher’ button on your Fogo booking link page. In case you don’t have a booking page, please reach out to us. Clients can then follow the provided steps to select a voucher and complete the payment. Once the payment is successful, the voucher will be sent to their email address. This process is entirely handled without your involvement, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

Method 2: If your clients make the payment in your presence, you can issue the voucher directly to their email address. Access the ‘Fogo Vouchers’ section, click on ‘Issue,’ and select the appropriate campaign. Choose the first available voucher, search for or create a new client, and record the payment method. The voucher will be sent to the client via email.

Method 3: Alternatively, you can issue the voucher to your own email address and then print it out for distribution.

To change an appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Fogo account using your mobile browser.
  2. Find the appointment that you want to modify the time for.
  3. Open the appointment and look for the ‘Reschedule’ button.
  4. Select an available date and time from the options provided.
  5. Save the changes by clicking the ‘Update’ button.

Always double check the appointment in the dashboard to confirm the change which has been made.

There are two distinct methods to modify an appointment time when using web browsers as Fogo users. It is important to bear in mind that once payment has been made, the appointment time cannot be altered. In this case, the sole solution would be to request assistance from an administrator.

The first method for rescheduling an appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Open the dashboard and locate the appointment using your mouse cursor.
  2. Click and hold the appointment with your mouse.
  3. Drag the appointment to the new start time you want to assign it to.

Please ensure that there is a minimum gap of two minutes between two consecutive ‘mouse drag and drop’ actions.

To use the second method for changing an appointment time, follow these steps:

  1. Open the dashboard and double-click on the appointment you want to change.
  2. Find the ‘Time’ field and either select ‘Now’ or click ‘Edit’ to choose a different time slot.
  3. Click the ‘Update’ button located at the bottom of the appointment tab to confirm the changes.

Method 3 is to use ‘Reschedule’ action in the appointment tab.

  1. Navigate to the dashboard and double-click on the appointment that requires a change.
  2. Identify the ‘Reschedule’ on the top and assign a different time slot for the appointment.
  3. Click on the ‘Update’ button located at the bottom of the appointment tab to apply and finalize the changes.

Most health service providers are allocated with unique provider numbers from public care or  private health funds. Some of them vary from different health funds. With the Fogo system, it is easy to enter your provider number with each practice and match it with your client’s health fund when you are issuing an invoice. 

  1. Login Admin or Receptionist account 
  2. Navigate to Staff Management page
  3. Search staff name and click ‘Details’ 
  1. Navigate to ‘Provider Numbers’ 
  2. Choose ‘Modality’, ‘Branches’, Health Fund and enter your provider number. 
  3. Click ‘Add New’ to save
  4. All this information can be edited afterwards. 

Use ‘All’ to save your time if your provider number is the same with all funds and public care systems.

  1. Click the ‘Payment’ button and open the payment details page.
  2. Enter the client information 
  3. Enter provider information if needed. See ‘how to add my provider details’ if you are not sure. 
  4. Choose cashier
  5. Enter invoice item, price and define tax
  6. Enter payment details
  7. Save to Invoice at the end

Note: Use the ‘Third Parties’ if you can’t find the payment method here and make a note about the payment method next to the amount.

  4. Edit the service item, description and cost if necessary
  5. Enter the price, discount amount and define tax
  6. Choose the payment method and enter the payment amount
  7. Click to ‘Save to Invoice’ to save this payment

You and your receptionist can redeem the gift card once your customer presents it to you. Each Fogo Gift Card has a unique security code which is only available for gift card holders. The security code must be presented prior to their services. 

  1. Click ‘Gift Card’ or ‘Redeem’ on the head menu
  2. Enter the security code and search
  3. Find match and click redeem button 
  4. Make sure redeem is successful prior to providing any service
