You can manage your Fogo appointments using your mobile browser, following a similar procedure to that of a web browser.

To change an appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Fogo account using your mobile browser.
  2. Find the appointment that you want to modify the time for.
  3. Open the appointment and look for the ‘Reschedule’ button.
  4. Select an available date and time from the options provided.
  5. Save the changes by clicking the ‘Update’ button.

Always double check the appointment in the dashboard to confirm the change which has been made.

There are two distinct methods to modify an appointment time when using web browsers as Fogo users. It is important to bear in mind that once payment has been made, the appointment time cannot be altered. In this case, the sole solution would be to request assistance from an administrator.

The first method for rescheduling an appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Open the dashboard and locate the appointment using your mouse cursor.
  2. Click and hold the appointment with your mouse.
  3. Drag the appointment to the new start time you want to assign it to.

Please ensure that there is a minimum gap of two minutes between two consecutive ‘mouse drag and drop’ actions.

To use the second method for changing an appointment time, follow these steps:

  1. Open the dashboard and double-click on the appointment you want to change.
  2. Find the ‘Time’ field and either select ‘Now’ or click ‘Edit’ to choose a different time slot.
  3. Click the ‘Update’ button located at the bottom of the appointment tab to confirm the changes.

Method 3 is to use ‘Reschedule’ action in the appointment tab.

  1. Navigate to the dashboard and double-click on the appointment that requires a change.
  2. Identify the ‘Reschedule’ on the top and assign a different time slot for the appointment.
  3. Click on the ‘Update’ button located at the bottom of the appointment tab to apply and finalize the changes.

  2. Customers will need to enter url in browsers including smartphone browsers. Customers can scan the QR code to open the link.  
  3. Choose booking and follow the steps: Branch, Category, Item, next available time or choose favourite provider. 
  4. Choose date and time in the next step
  5. Verify email
  6. Choose to pay on arrival, online or by voucher. 
  7. Enter the payment details and submit. 
  8. Customers will automatically login to the Fogo client portal. Customers can view, edit or manage their appointments.

Business login including admin, receptionist and staff login can rebook an appointment in various ways. The fast way is as the following if the service, item and provide remains the same

  1. Find the appointment needs rebook
  2. Double click to open the appointment table 
  3. Click the button ‘Book again’ on the top 
  4. Choose the date and time. The available time is shown in blue colour. Red colour means it is occupied. 
  5. Click the ‘Update’ button once the appropriate date and time is chosen. 

A new appointment will be created in the dashboard if the category, service and provider are not the same.

Fogo adopts visulized interface to create and manage your bookings. To make a new appointment please follow the steps below

  1. Login to your Fogo account. No matter the staff , receptionist or admin account. No matter from desktop, Pads or smart phones.
  2. Double click or click ‘New’ in the dashboard. Navigate to ‘Appointment’ tab if you are not in the dashboard.
  3. The appointment tab will appear
  4. Choose service, item, service provider and duration of the service. Please set up your services if you sign in the first time.
  5. Search your existing clients by name, mobile or fund membership Or click ‘Create a new client’ to enter new client details.
  6. Enter any necessary information in the note section.
  7. Click the ‘Create’ button on the bottom of the tab to create this appointment.
  8. Fogo sends a booking confirmation email 5 minutes after the creation. Fogo also sends email reminders to your clients one day before the booking time.
