How to Set Up Membership Cards in the Fogo System

The Fogo system enables the creation of various types of membership cards. To get started, go to Management > Campaigns > Membership Cards. Before proceeding, it’s useful to determine details such as the card name, deposit value, minimum deposit amount, recharge value, opening bonus, recharge bonus, and validity period. Membership cards can have consistent names like silver, gold, and platinum.

How to Create a Membership Card

1. Go to the membership card menu and click on Membership Card Launch

2. Select a photo to represent the membership card.

3. Enter the necessary details, including the card name, description, valid dates, discount rate, deposit value, recharge value, opening bonus, and recharge bonus value.

4. Click Submit

5. If needed, make adjustments to the settings. However, note that repeatedly changing values may cause confusion. If this occurs, consider creating a new membership card instead.

How to Sell/Issue a Membership Card in the Fogo System

There are two methods for selling membership cards in the Fogo system. The easiest method is through the payment page:

  1. Open the payment page.
  2. Select “Member Payment.”
  3. Choose an existing customer or add a new one.
  4. Go to the “Member” section and click “Purchase Membership Card.”
  5. Select the desired membership card.
  6. Enter the opening deposit and bonus deposit, and specify the branch, payment date, and payment method.
  7. Submit the information.

The second method involves selling through the Membership Card settings page. Simply find the membership card and follow the same steps as above.

How to check Membership Card Balance and Transaction Record  in the Fogo System

There are several ways to view the balance of a membership card:

  1. Go to the Payment page and select Member Payment. Then, choose Record under Members. The balance will be displayed on this page. If the client holds multiple membership cards, make sure to select the correct card to see the appropriate balance.

Alternatively, you can check the balance by navigating to Transactions > Membership Card.
