Learn what to do if you can’t sign in to QuickBooks Online.
If you’re having trouble signing in to your account, we’re here to help you get in. Here’s some common sign in issues and how to fix them.
- From the sign in page, select Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address, then select Reset My Password.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you’ll receive an email with your user ID.
Note: If you don’t see an email from us within an hour, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t have the email, you’ll need to request your user ID again.
