If you’re asked for a confirmation code after you sign in:
- Select how you’d like to receive your confirmation code, then select Continue.
- If you can’t access the email account or phone number listed, select the option Confirm my account a different way.
- Retrieve the confirmation code.
- Enter the confirmation code, then select Continue.
