Practice services set up
- Login in your fogo account via www.fogo365.com
- Go to Menu Management>Services>Services Set Up
- Choose Branches, Category , Service duation and online option. Enter price or online price to creat new.
- Or search the one you like to edit.
Stripe Connection
Connect your Stripe account
- Go to Menu Management>Services>Stripe Connection
- Click ‘ Connect with Stripe’ and follow the steps even if you don’t have a stripe account.
- After connecting with Stripe sucessfully your clients will be able to book and make payment with you online. You client will be also able to purchase your gift cards.

How to make treatment notes
- Log in your Fogo account and go to dashboard
- Create an appointment with client details
- Create the appointment by ‘Save’
- Double click the appointment
- Navigate to ‘Diagnosis’ button
- Open the ‘Diagnosis’ page and enter your notes.

- Navigate to the bottom of the page and click ‘Edit’

- Double click on the time availabe
- Choose the services, and duration
- Search the existing client or enter new client details
- Enter your client health fund details if applicable
- Enter informatio in the noet section if there is
- Click ‘Create’ button to create your apppointment

How to add new staff member for your practice
- Go to Management> Staff management
- Click ‘Add staff account’ on the top right corner
- Enter name, email and choose proffession
- Click ‘Save’ to add new staff
- Ask your staff to reset password once a notification email sent to the email address.

- You business profile is important when comes to communitaion, payment and invoicing.
- Go to Management> Company information
- Enter the informaiton
- Upload your logo

- All branches details must be entered for booking, managetment

- Click ‘New Branch’ button on the top right corner
- Enter your branch name, address, contact number, email and other details

How do I send payment request via Fogo
Send your payment request is easy
- Connect your stripe account if not so. https://client.fogo365.com/clinic/
- Make an appointment with the client details with their emails
- Open the appointment tab and click the ‘Advance’ button.
- Navigate to ‘Payment request’ button and follow the steps.
- Check your registered Stripe emails for the payment made by your clients.
- Your payment request is one the most useful ways to avoid the same day cancellation and reduce no-shows.
Stripe: receiving payment
Receving payment, bank deposit
- Treat your Stripe account as one of your bank accounts
- It’s instant deposit into your Stripe account once the payment is done from Fogo system. Keep your Stripe account secure and check daily for any payment received
- It usually takes 24 to 48 hours before the fund in your Stripe account being tranferred into your associated bank account.

How to check onlieng payments records in Fogo system
- Fogo user can check the online payment records
- Go to management > Sales record and click ‘Online payment record’
- You may check the records for certain period by choosing the dates.
Appointment reminder
Remind your clients with Fogo email and SMS reminders
- Together with Email reminders SMS is another Fogo powerful tool to reduce no-shows
- Fogo Email reminders are set by system and no need to be set up from your side.
- SMS setttings are from Management > Service > SMS alert
- Prior to the SMS settings you must connect with your Stripe account with Fogo. Please refer ‘how to connect your Stripe account’.
- There is fees for each SMS sent as this service is handled via third party service provider.

- Navigate the ‘Advance’ button
- ‘Send SMS’ and enter the details and click ‘Send’
- All the SMS will be kept in this tab. Hassle free recheck them when you needed.
Specific emails
Send a specific email from Fogo
- Busy with practice? Hurry to send an email to your client?
- Open the appointment tab
- Click ‘ Advance’ button to open advance options
- Navigate to ‘Send email’ and open the email page
- You only need to enter the content as the receipt’s email is set.
- You can use the ‘duplicate’ function to create another email for time saving.
- All the emails will be kept in this tab. Hassle free recheck them when you needed.
Client information creation

- Create it when you create an appoinmtent
- Open to create an appointment tab
- Navigate to ‘ Client’ and Click ‘ Create a new client’
- Enter the client basic information such as first name, last name, mobile, health fund or medicare.
- Click ‘Create’ to create the appointment with the client details.

- Create a new client information via ‘Client’ menu
- Navigate to the ‘Client’ menu from the top
- Click ‘New client’ button’ to open new client information page
- Enter email or leave it empty. Enter first name and last name.
- Click ‘Next’ button to go to next page.
- You need to click ‘Edit Name/Email’ button if you like to change the client’s name and email.
- A notified email will be sent for both parties. A client is not able to change their names. The change must be done from your end.
Client information from Fogo client portal
Create a new client profile via Fogo client portal
- Provide www.fogo365.com web link to your client
- Ask your client navigate to ‘Sign up’ > ‘Client sign up’
- Enter the information and create the client profile
- Ask your client to make a booking with you from their Fogo protal or your booking url. The client information will be saved in your end once the booking is sucessfull.

- Print QR code for your practice dedicated booking url. Please email support@fogo365.com if you don’t have one.
- The url is formatted as https://client.fogo365.com/booking/YOURChoosenName
- Don’t know how to create QR code? Please search it on the internet. Or use Safari browser and type in the url. You may create QR code by clicking the icon on the top
- Print it out and display it at the entrance
- Ask your client to scan the url with smart phones.
- Ask them to register to create their profiles
- This is the easist and most powerful way as it is done by the client.
