- Open the appointment you like to make a payment
- Click the “Payment’ button in the right bottom menu
- Choose a health fund and enter membership number if needed.The provider number is automatically matched and shown here.Please refer to ‘ how to add my provider details’ if you don’t see your provider details.
- Edit the service item, description and cost if necessary
- Enter the price, discount amount and define tax
- Choose the payment method and enter the payment amount
- Click to ‘Save to Invoice’ to save this payment
