By setting up these rules, you directly motivate your practitioners to build strong relationships, deliver outstanding service, and ensure clients re-book. Fogo automates the tracking of ‘returning customer’ status, so the reward is automatically applied, making your compensation structure a powerful tool for loyalty and business growth.

Step 1:<\/strong> Go to the Management<\/strong>> Staff Management <\/strong>> Bonus General Settings > Job Title Rule.<\/strong>

Step 2<\/strong>. Select Job Title: Review the list of defined Job Titles (e.g., Acupuncturist, Chiropractor). Click the “Add” button or the Job Title name for which you want to create a rule. This will open the “Job Title Rules” pop-up modal. Click \u201cEdit\u201d then a pop up window will show the parameters that need to be set for the rule. Select Returning Customer Reward Rules<\/strong>

Step 3. <\/strong>Once selected, Rule Name will provide rule calculation details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4. Then select the Location from the dropdown.

Step 5. Choose Value Type: <\/strong>Select whether the reward will be a Value (a fixed dollar amount per hour) or a Percentage (of the base hourly rate).

Step 6: The Greater Than and Less Than fields are what enable Fogo’s system to create tiered and conditional bonus structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greater Than <\/strong>field: <\/strong>Enter the minimum number of visits a client must have completed for the reward to apply (e.g., enter 2 if the reward starts applying on the client’s 3rd visit).

Less Than <\/strong>field: Enter the maximum number of visits for this reward tier (e.g., enter 10 if this specific reward stops applying after the client’s 10th visit).

Step 7: Set Reward Amount:<\/strong>

If you selected Value<\/strong>, enter the fixed dollar amount the staff member receives on the client’s 4th  visit.

If you selected Percentage<\/strong>, enter the percentage increase to the base rate when a visit meets the “Returning Customer” criteria.

Step 8. Click \u201cAdd\u201d to save the rule.

Note: Any modification to a staff bonus rule will trigger a Warning pop-up. To maintain compliance and accurate payroll, you must follow the prompt to unlock and recalculate the relevant prior pay periods in the Staff Bonus Records section.

Step 9. Rules created for the specific Job Title will appear once saved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
