Fogo allows you to easily update your client\u2019s personal details, contact information, and other important records to ensure all data remains accurate and up to date. Keeping client information current helps maintain smooth communication, accurate billing, and personalized service.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Navigate to the Client <\/strong>section from the left-hand side menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Use the search bar to find the client whose information you want to update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Under \u201cActions\u201d<\/strong> click \u201cView Client<\/strong>\u201d to open their profile page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4: Select the \u201cEdit\u201d button located at the top or upper-right corner of the profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5: Update the necessary fields \u2014 such as name, phone number, email address, birthday, or other client details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 6: After making changes, click \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d to apply the edits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 7: An option to Add Family Members <\/strong>is also available in the system if the client prefer to have their profiles in one place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 8: You can either search an existing profile to merge, or create a new family member.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 9: Click \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d once complete information has been entered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
