Fogo allows practice administrators to set up staff bonuses based on sales performance, service targets, or other defined criteria. This feature helps motivate team members, track incentives accurately, and simplify end-of-period payout calculations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Go to the Management<\/strong>> Staff Management <\/strong>> Staff Bonus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Select the staff member<\/strong> or role you wish to assign a bonus structure to. Then click \u201cStaff Bonus<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> In Employee Settings, set up Staff information such as pay Schedule, Base rate, etc.\u00a0
