Login your Fogo practitioner account and go to <strong>Payments<\/strong>&gt;<strong>Payment New Page.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-06e3e2c0b64e1e7a72edfa3ef22b6686\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Step 2.
