It provides transparency and accuracy in monitoring business spending, ensuring that each payment or purchase is properly documented and categorized.<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1c537f6b32a1dfdcc692b20a9868b20b\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Step 1.
