The Fogo System allows you to upload multiple client records at once by importing a client data file (e.g., CSV or Excel). This helps save time and ensures accurate record-keeping.
Step 1. From the left pane, go to Management > Client Management
Step 2. Click on “Import Clients”.
Step 3. Select the file (csv or excel) that contains your client’s details. Confirm that field mapping is correct and accurate then click “Confirm”.
Step 4. Wait for the system to process the data—once done, you’ll see a confirmation message showing how many records were successfully added.
Before importing, double-check for duplicate entries or formatting errors to prevent failed uploads or mismatched data.
You can also export client data to generate reports, back up your records, or transfer information for external analysis in Excel or other tools.
